RÖSBERG
achieves from WINGAS a contract for the DCS modernization of Germany’s
largest natural gas storage facility The
WINGAS GmbH, Kassel recently awarded a contract
to the automation specialist Rösberg Engineering GmbH from
Karlsruhe for the modernization of the control system of Germany’s
largest natural gas storage facility in Rehden. The contract contains the
engineering, delivery and priming installation of the complete electrical
equipment for PLC and DCS,
the commissioning and the trial operation plus the disassembly of the old
systems. The controller type S7-400 and the DCS PCS7 from SIEMENS are used.
RÖSBERG is responsible for the creation of the documentation as well as
for the briefing and training of the operator staff. The modernization
will be realized in several job sections and will be completed in autumn
2007. Rösberg
Engineering GmbH, founded 1962 in Karlsruhe, serves with more than 80
employees at five branch offices in Germany their customers with best
